Our Staff consist of highly qualified, trained administrative officers, Qualified Professionals, Associate Professionals and Paraprofessionals.

Our staff are;
Are at least 18 years old
High school diploma/high school equivalency (GED) or higher education official transcripts are required
If providing transportation, have a valid North Carolina or other valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and an acceptable level of automobile liability insurance
Criminal background checks present no health and safety risk to beneficiary
Not listed in the North Carolina Health Care Abuse Registry
Certified in CPR and First Aid
DCI staff make an effort throughout the year to give back to the community we serve. This includes weekly meals on wheels, recycling and community clean up efforts.
