Our Administrative offices and Day Program are located on the lower level of The Old Rock School located at 400 Main Street West in Valdese, North Carolina. We receive mail at PO Box 585 in Valdese, NC 28690.

 

The Day Program offers several areas of interest within to provide for activities, learning and opportunities for social engagement.

 

Many of our services are also provided in the community in which Dream Connections strives to be embedded within.

 

We have licensed and unlicensed Alternative Family Living (AFL) homes throughout the counties served; Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes and Yadkin.
