Dream Connections serves persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities. All services meet local, state, and federal regulations. Our operational standards are set by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and the local MCO, which has an ongoing monitoring process to ensure the quality of services we provide.

We develop a thoughtful plan, designed to meet each individuals unique needs.

DCI is a Nationally Accredited provider.

In 2008, Dream Connections, Inc. was founded with a vision of commitment to utilize a highly-trained, knowledgeable, skillful, effective, efficient, and caring staff, with a focus of working together as a cohesive team to the best interest and benefit of each individual we serve.

We accept referrals from: MCO Care Coordinators, Individuals with disabilities, Concerned Individuals, and Family Members.
